Best Practices

The Society has been striving to provide highest standards of education. To achieve this vision, several unique practices were introduced as part of the Five-Point Plan (P5) to promote a distinctive teaching and learning environment that empowers both students and teachers. Furthermore, the P5 Plan aims at bringing about a desirable change in attitude, character and overall personality of the boys and the girls.

13 Resolutions

The TSWREI Society adopted 13 resolutions with an objective of creating a conducive school environment for learning and personality development.


1. White-washing of classrooms, dormitories and dining halls, and clearing bushes and school surroundings

2. Constitution of Student Curator Committees in each school and entrusting the task of identifying repairs in bathrooms, toilets, dining halls, classrooms, labs, etc., to different Curator Committees for proper maintenance of infrastructural facilities .

3. Organizing Martial Arts training to students, particularly to girl students

4. Revival of Libraries and motivating each student to read at least 10 and 3 story books in English and Telugu respectively

5. Each student should learn at least 365 new English words in an academic year

6. Promotion of project based participatory methods of teaching and learning in schools

7. Each student should write 10 letters to parents and 3 stories in English with the assistance of House Masters

8. Major emphasis on health, personal hygiene, dressing and etiquette

9. Promotion of a variety of Club activities like Fine Arts, Public speaking, Debating, Nature, Technology, etc. according to the aptitude of the students

10. Narration of inspiring stories to students in classrooms every week.

11. Encouraging interested students as Teaching Assistants

12. Promotion of group discussion and memory techniques among students

13. Librarians/Art/Craft teachers to act as Student Counselors

Academic Calendar

The TSWREI Society meticulously prepares the Academic Calendar every year keeping in view of the vision and priorities of the Society. The academic calendar 2016-17 is designed to help,nurture and create best possible educational experience for every child. Furthermore, it is systematically planned to elevate, enrich and empower the young aspirants. It serves as an important source of information about scholastic and co-scholastic activities, tests, examination schedules, holidays, etc. The academic calendar of events is intended to bring uniformity in all the activities conducted by the institutions in the state.

New Quality Policy (NQP 2016)

The Society unveiled a unique New Quality Policy (NQP 2016) which focuses on encouraging teachers employ latest technologies and innovative teaching methods. The important features of the NQP include conducting monthly seminars for staff members in their respective subjects, provision of guidance to the underperforming teachers by experienced teachers, internship programmes for the teachers in reputed national and international educational institutes, inter-society teacher conclaves for sharing innovative teaching experiences, peer evaluation to provide positive feedback, and improve English communication skills through discussion, participation and peer learning. The NQP is primarily designed to help teachers and the staff members realize their full potential and improve the performance on their own by learning from each other.
